Michael represents a wide variety of clients in federal and state court in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation, construction, bankruptcy, and land use. He has practiced law for 10 years.
Prior to founding the Law Office of Michael J. Ferrigno, PLLC, Michael was house counsel for the BGW, LLC, primarily assisting the company in litigation throughout the Northwest. Before moving to Idaho, Michael was a senior associate in a law firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia where he practiced in the firm’s litigation and bankruptcy group for five years.
He received a bachelor of arts, magna cum laude from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio and a juris doctorate and certificate of public policy from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.
Michael is admitted to all Idaho, Colorado and Virginia state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Idaho, Colorado, and the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Ferrigno is also admitted to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He enjoys helping people with the challenges that arise everyday. He is looking to assist/ take over cases from retiring members in Idaho and Colorado.
He is married and the father of three young children.
