Welch Law aims to change the traditional role lawyers play in their clients' lives. We offer flat fee services for many projects and while our goal is always to offer exceptional service and great legal work, our primary mission is to help our clients by becoming an integral part of their advisory team. The world is full of excellent transactional lawyers, but today's clientele are looking for a more intimate relationship and advisory team. By focusing on the clients, offering flat fee services, and affordable monthly subscription plans, we are transforming the attorney/client relationship into a mutually beneficial team approach.

I have practiced law for nearly a decade and after 13 years in the military, I believe the lawyer's role is one of servant leadership and advice. I'm looking to network, locate mentors and mentees, with like minded professionals.

Ultimately, my goal with Welch Law is to build a 5-10 lawyer firm with lawyers that share a common mission and belief system. Ideally, this firm will operate as general counsel to small/mid-cap sized businesses and help young families plan for the future through affordable fixed price estate planning packages.
