I am a 29-year business attorney with extensive experience managing corporate transactions for small and medium-sized businesses, such as acquisitions and equity raises, as a "quarterback." In this role I manage the work outside counsel, internal personnel, and other professionals. The effect is to streamline due diligence, communication between players, and the negotiation and completion of deal documents.
