I have been in practice for some 35 years. The practice is successful and covers a wide range of clients. I would like to transition over the next few years and give someone an opportunity to work their way into purchasing the firm. The firm has a considerable number of Probate cases, accident (Plaintiff) cases, landlord cases, business law such as forming LLC's and the like. I am looking for someone that likes to work with people and attempts to resolve matters without litigation if possible but is ready and willing to go to court if required.
